How offers work

You always see the full offer first.

Every order shows you the full offer upfront — your delivery fee plus distance, tips and any weather pay, before you accept. What you see is exactly what you earn. Your call every time, with no acceptance-rate penalty for passing.

The moment an order matches your location, you see the maximum pay — no guessing, no hidden math.

Accept now or watch it drop
Tap Accept for max pay, or hold off. The offer counts down over ~45 seconds. You can accept at any point.
STEP_03
Missed it? It resets.
If the timer runs out, the offer resets to full pay and you get another shot — twice before it moves on.
STEP_04
Next driver, same full offer
If it passes to another driver, they also see the full offer from the start. Max pay every handoff.

Bottom line: You never get lowballed on the initial offer. Accepting fast = max pay. Missing the window = a fresh reset at max pay. Every driver on every order starts at the top.

🍱 Insulated delivery bags

Select every insulated bag you carry. At least one hot bag (standard or electric) is required — it keeps food at a safe temperature and protects you from false "arrived cold" complaints. Bags run $15–40 at sporting-goods or restaurant-supply stores.

A Cold Bag is optional but recommended for grocery, frozen, and drink orders.
